Pre and Post Surgery Therapy

NRT offers a one-of-a-kind Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Reconstruction (ACLR) Rehabilitation program. We truly care about you returning to the activities and sports that you enjoy! Our goal is to help you achieve you goals!

According to a systematic review of literature involving ACL Reconstruction Rehabilitation programs performed in the British Journal of Sports Medicine in 2011: Only 44% of athletes who had undergone an ACL Reconstruction returned to a competitive sport after their rehabilitation.

At NRT, 95% of our patients who have rehabilitated a reconstructed ACL have returned to a competitive sport, including Division I athletes, and high school athletes who went on to earn collegiate athletic scholarships.

Pain/Injury

Rehab With Sport-Specific Skill Integration

We provide progressive sports rehab from the acute phase to the return-to-sports performance. We have experience integrating back to your activity, including discussions with your coach and licensed athletic trainer.

Ankle injuries can affect anyone and everyone! At NRT, we specialize in treatment of the foot and ankle complex. We are able to integrate modern pain neuroscience and education into treatments to allow patients an efficient and effective rehabilitation experience.
At NRT we have physical therapists that specialize in treating TMJ (jaw) pain and dysfunction. TMJ dysfunction or syndrome describes the pain associated with injury or impairment to the jaw. Symptoms include Jaw clicking, popping, or snapping and locking.

Vestibular rehabilitation uses exercise to address dizziness and balance impairments. Treatments may include patient and caregiver education as well as in-clinic and home exercises, such as: repositioning maneuvers for BPPV.
